Viking AI Systems started in the Upstate of South Carolina and is growing from there — not by staying small, but by staying personal as it grows.
Our mission is to give independent businesses the same automation and technology advantages that large chains already have — delivered personally, priced fairly, and supported by one dedicated point of contact instead of a call center.
Viking AI Systems is founded and run by Trevor Greeley. Right now that means when you call, you reach the person who actually builds your system — not a support queue. It's part of why clients work with us in the first place.
The name carries a personal thread too: Trevor's been told more than once he looks the part of a Viking, and the shield-and-mark identity grew out of that as much as out of any branding exercise. It's a business built by one person, for now — with plans to grow the team as client work grows, while keeping that same direct, personal standard as a value rather than a byproduct of being small.
We don't sell a fixed package and ask you to adapt to it. Every automation is scoped around how your business actually runs.
No call center, no ticket queue. You reach the person who built your system, every time.
We work with any business losing time or revenue to manual processes — not just one type of shop or trade.
Network installs and in-person IT support are delivered directly across Spartanburg, Greenville, and the surrounding area — the company's home base.
AI automation doesn't require an on-site visit, so it isn't limited to the Upstate — including active client conversations underway as far out as New York.
No pitch deck, no sales team — just a conversation about what's costing you time.
